Bookkeeping

INTEGRA provides bookkeeping services to meet the varying needs of today’s small to medium-sized business owners. It is imperative for all business owners to know exactly how their company is performing. It is not enough to simply know your bank account balance. Owners must know all of the details associated with their monthly income and expenses.
Merchant Services

INTEGRA supports a variety of payment solutions to help manage your payment processing needs through our partnership with Merchant Support Network. Whether it is debit and credit card acceptance, a gift card program, electronic check conversion, wireless terminals, cell phone payment capability, or high-speed terminals, we offer all types of electronic payment processing solutions, all processed securely.

Transparency.

Integra offers a payroll package that provides all of the necessary payroll services for ONE cost. We respect our client’s interest to the extent that we NEVER touch any of their funds making the processing seamless.
Specifically, all transactions are debited DIRECTLY from clients’ bank to either their employees OR the government tax agencies. These direct transactions happen on the effective date and NOT prior to payroll, helping clients’ cash flow.
Complaince

Integra assumes responsibility for the accuracy and timely filing of ALL Payroll related Tax Forms. In addition, we pride ourselves on our ability to properly administer Employee Garnishments, Health and 401K Deductions. Upon request, we can also provide Audit Reports related to Worker’s Comp, Annual ACA form and recently instituted CA Pay Data.
Reporting.

Integra provides a Client specific REPORT STACK each payroll which can include a document as simple as a Check Register, to something as complicated as a Worker’s Comp Report. For those Client’s that require an online report access, we provide Client specific access to our PORTAL which allows for documents to be accessed directly. We can also provide ”Bookkeeping friendly” report files which allow for downloading into programs such as QuickBooks.
